Settings, integrations & team

Settings is where you connect the outside world to My Haze Pro and control who can do what. Most of your setup — mailboxes, social pages, LinkedIn — lives under Integrations; automation and developer hooks live under Webhooks and API keys.

  1. 1

    Connect your channels

Settings → Integrations is where you link Gmail, Outlook, SMTP, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Reconnect prompts appear here if a token ever expires.

  2. 2

    Set your general preferences

Settings → General controls org details, brand voice, FAQ, and your do-not-say list — the source every AI agent draws from.

  3. 3

    Invite your team

Add teammates so conversations can be assigned and worked together. A human reply from anyone pauses that lead's sequence.

  4. 4

    Wire up webhooks

Settings → Webhooks pushes events (new lead, reply, booking) to your other tools in real time.

  5. 5

    Create an API key

Settings → API keys issues keys for programmatic access — push leads in or pull results out of My Haze Pro.

Pro tips

  • Keep at least one healthy sending mailbox connected at all times so a single token expiry never stops all outreach.
