What's a token? How is usage counted?
Tokens are the unit Claude uses to measure text in + out. Each Haze message uses ~1k tokens. Starter's 5M tokens covers roughly 5,000 Haze conversations per month.
What's the message cap?
Every plan has a per-month outbound-message cap (500 / 2,500 / 10,000). Outbound DMs and sequence sends count against this. Inbound messages don't. Upgrade if you bump the ceiling — no penalty, no surprise overage charges.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from billing settings — Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Are Instagram and Facebook DMs really live?
Yes — Growth and Scale plans connect to Meta's Graph API webhooks, see inbound DMs in the unified inbox, and can run auto-reply funnels inside Meta's 24h messaging window. Connection takes ~5 min from /dashboard/settings/channels.
When does LinkedIn DM support land?
LinkedIn is v5. The channel driver is scaffolded in the latest release; the browser-agent integration that powers actual sends is in active development.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We don't sell customer data and don't run ads. We store only what's required to operate Haze for you.
Do I need a separate tool for lead data?
