Getting started
My Haze Pro runs your entire outbound stack from one place. This guide takes you from signup to your first live sequence: teach Haze your brand voice, connect a mailbox to send from, and get real leads into your pipeline. Everything else builds on these three steps.

Finish the onboarding interview
Right after signup, Haze walks you through a short brand-voice interview (Onboarding → Interview). It captures how you write, your FAQ, and a do-not-say list. Every AI draft — replies, DMs, video scripts — uses what you tell it here, so answer in your real voice.

Connect a mailbox
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect Gmail, Outlook, or an SMTP mailbox. This is the address your sequences send from. You can connect more than one and rotate them later.

Turn on inbox warmup
As soon as a mailbox is connected it can join the warmup pool. Leave it running for about 21 days before you scale cold volume — it builds the sender reputation that keeps you out of spam. See the Deliverability & warmup guide.

Add your first leads
Open Leads and either add a contact by name and company or upload a CSV. Every lead auto-enriches in the background with a verified email, phone, LinkedIn, and firmographics.

Launch a sequence
Open Outreach, start from one of the 13 templates, edit the copy, and enroll your leads. Sends respect each recipient's local business hours and pause automatically when someone replies.
Pro tips
- You don't have to do everything at once — connect one mailbox and add ten leads to see the whole loop, then scale.
- Ask the Haze co-pilot (the sparkle button on any page) to "enroll these leads in my cold-intro sequence" and it will do it for you.
